Triad HealthCare Network (THN) is a high-performing accountable care organization (ACO). We offer exceptional care for at-risk patients in the Piedmont Triad area of North Carolina. Also, we provide guidance and support to our participating physicians, practices and health network committed to delivering value-based care.

THN negotiates risk-based agreements with our payer partners. Physicians are financially rewarded for delivering quality and cost-effective care.

Our coverage area includes the following counties:

• Part of Forsyth County (Kernersville area)
• Guilford
• Randolph
• Rockingham

Our contracts vary in ranges of risk from shared savings to full-risk contracts. We have contracts with:
