We understand life can get busy. That is why we are committed to helping you stay on track with wellness visits, preventive screenings and more.

As part of THN’s patient engagement efforts, we partner with participating doctors’ offices to provide health-related reminder calls and educational videos.

Thanks to our annual well visit reminder calls, nearly three times as many people followed through on their well visits. As part of our colorectal cancer screening campaign, we provided scheduling support for appointments and increased the likelihood of following through. Also, with at-home and lab options, our diabetes screening campaign made hemoglobin A1c checks easy.
