Triad Healthcare Network (THN) is a doctor-led Accountable Care Organization (ACO) serving the Piedmont Triad Area of North Carolina. We manage and coordinate care for nearly 200,000 patients in Alamance, Guilford, Randolph, Rockingham and part of Forsyth counties.

With THN, patients with Medicare or participating insurance plans can expect better quality care and more coordinated and cost-effective care across providers. Patient participation is voluntary, free and can be stopped at any time. Participation does not impact Medicare benefits or access to doctors and other health care providers.

Our THN doctors and practices are committed to working together on your behalf. They provide you with the highest quality of care whether you are in their office, at home or on a trip. They take time to answer your questions and make sure you understand your health situation and options. And, they provide timely and convenient care close to your home.
