Triad HealthCare Network (THN) is a provider-led collaboration between community physicians and Cone Health organized to improve healthcare in Greensboro and the greater Piedmont Triad area. 

THN represents a new model of healthcare delivery, known as Clinical Integration, based on a strategy to better align physicians, hospitals and payers in order to provide better access to care, better clinical quality, and control costs. 

Our primary goal is to create greater collaboration and trust among physicians, hospitals, patients and payers to better manage the health of populations by coordinating quality improvement efforts using evidence-based quality measures and to lower health care costs.

THN is a subsidiary of Cone Health and is governed and operated by a Board of Managers and an Operating Committee, which are led by physicians, both employed and independent.
